Who I am?

From 2020 to mid 2023 I worked in the areas of open access, academic publishing, and research assessment. Next to publishing, conferences and networking in the open-access-community there were also challenges like application-oriented research in project management, integration of contrasting interests of many different stakeholders in academic publishing and bringing into existence sustainable non-commercial infrastructure for author-friendly publishing in the humanities and social sciences. My previous work is in philosophy and communication studies where I tried to connect those disciplines on questions and problems of understanding and communication. Now I am in my post-doc thesis on the consequences of the open access transformation for academic work in the humanities.
